This article will teach you how to download YouTube videos using Voobys. It’s a cross platform tweak. Enjoy.
Steps:
1. Go to http://www.youtube.com/
2. Type in the search area, any video that you would like to see, for example, type in “vfx portfolio” without the quotation marks.
3. Click the video so you start watching it.
4. As soon as you are on the page to watch the video, go to the Address bar (where you typed in www.youtube.com) and just erase the Youtube word, and type the word “voobys” without quotation mark. Now press Enter Key.
5. Now if done correctly, it will take you to a page that allows you to download the video, with a button that says Download Video or alternate link.If it is an HD video you can also get High Quality(mp4) link. Click any of these and choose the destination you wish to save your video.
6. The default video format is .flv. Thats it. Enjoy.
FYI, Do not download a copyrighted video without the copyright holder’s permission. It may result in legal action being taken against you.

Why does the voobys download not working
Hi Micheal, It’s working without any problem. Follow all the steps carefully, especially step 4. Replace youtube word in the URL with voobys.
